Warranty Information

Thank you for your interest in the wastewater absorption system warranty of DirtworX LLC. This Limited Warranty applies to the installation of a wastewater absorption system provided by DirtworX LLC.

Coverage

This Limited Warranty covers any failed leach system under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, DirtworX LLC will repair or replace, at no charge, any part of the leach system that is defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

Correction of problems

DirtworX LLC. will repair the leach system to proper working order.

Coverage duration

The Warranty Period for the wastewater absorption system installed by DirtworX LLC. is 3 years from the date of installation.

Warranty void

This Limited Warranty is voided if the following situations occur:

Problems derived by freezing of the system.
Evidence of foreign bodies that are known to cause failures. Examples of but not limited to include petroleum products, vegetable greases, cooking oils, body/baby wipes, condoms or feminine products, diapers, coffee grounds, cat litter, paper products other than toilet paper, cigarette butts, etc.
Failure to provide proof of annual pumping.
Use of a Garbage disposal
Acts of God. Examples of but not limited to included: Extreme Temperatures, Flooding, Earthquakes. Water table movement due to heavy rains or flooding.
